The Compact 3D Filament Extrusion Line is designed for limited spaces and easy operation, making it suitable even for users with no prior filament production experience. This affordable in–house solution minimizes material consumption, which is especially important when working with expensive materials.

The compact, integrated downstream system combines a two–chamber cooling water bath, air drying section, diameter measurement system, pull rolls, and servo–driven traverse spool winder in a single mobile unit. It provides controlled cooling, stable material guidance, accurate diameter monitoring, and uniform winding for efficient filament production at both laboratory and small–scale production levels.
