NEW! Mini Scientific Single-Layer Cast Film and Sheet Line with 16 mm Single-Screw Extruder Type LMCR-150

We are pleased to present the latest development of our New Scientific Mini Single Layer Cast Film and Sheet Line. It is a viable low-cost alternative to our regular cast film lines with a compact design for laboratory applications to process LDPE, PLA, PP, EVOH, PA, PET, PC, and many other resin types. This line is well suited for further developments and quality controls of plastic films and thin sheets. It comprises our new MINI sized extruder, coat-hanger type die, chill roll with downstream nip rolls and wind-up. The whole line is mounted on a bench type subcabinet that holds all the electric components inside.
